Shipping & Returns

We want your Happycrisps experience to be smooth and joyful! Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and refunds:

 

Shipping

  • We currently ship to India only

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery time: 5–7 business days within India.

  • Shipping fees (if any) will be shown at checkout.

 

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking details to update.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • To request a return, contact us at mail.happycrisps@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • Returned in original packaging

  • Personalized/custom products and sale items are non-returnable.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
